MARKET RESEARCH – AWARD OF THE SERVICE OF SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

The Italian Embassy in Oslo intends to launch a market research in order to proceed with the drafting of a contract for the awarding of the service of social media management (art.7, paragraph 2.a Italian Decree 192/2017), with award on the basis of the criterion of the lowest price.

The aim of the service is to make the Embassy’s official communication more professional and effective, both on its institutional website and on social media, and to promote the Italian economic and cultural presence in Norway.
The main tasks of the “social media manager” will be:
– to analyze the contents of the communication tools used,
– to identify the targets of communication activities,
– to develop a communication plan and an editorial plan for the creation of content,
– to support the Embassy in creating content for social networks designed according to the target audience.
Further tasks will be to increase the online presence, improve brand awareness and reputation, create engagement, and promote the user audience, in relation to the different strategies agreed.
