You will find the FORMS to be used for the most important consular services in the Italian version of this page. Most forms are both in Italian and English and are required for the following services:
Request of fiscal code (the Italian tax identification code and personal number) - Registration in the AIRE (the Registry of Italian Citizens Residing Abroad) - Passports and Identity Cards - Registration of Birth and Marriage - Citizenship - Veterany certificate for dogs and cats - Certification of Italian as foreing language - Visa - Statements of equal value (Dichiarazioni di valore) for educational qualifications obtained in Norway and Iceland
