Travellers must:<\/p>\n<p>1) fill in and send a <strong>digital Passenger Locator Form<\/strong> available at <a href=\"https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\">https:\/\/app.euplf.eu<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2) produce a <strong>green EU certificate<\/strong>\u00a0(green pass) proving that either<br \/>a) you have completed the anti covd-19 <strong>vaccination<\/strong> (for at least 14 days with an EMA approved vaccine) or<br \/>b) you have <strong>recovered from the covid-19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3) produce a <strong>certificate proving neative result of a test<\/strong> taken before entry to Italy (48 hrs before entry for a PCR test and 24 hrs before entry for an antigen rapid test).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note: If you are not able to produce a green certificate, even if you have taken the test prior to entry with negative result, you must:<\/strong><br \/><strong>a) undergo fiduciary isolation for a period of 5 (five) days at the address indicated in the Passanger Locator Form<\/strong><br \/><strong>b) carry out a molecular or antigen test at the end of the fiduciary isolation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minors<\/strong><br \/>a) children up to 6 years are exempt from the test (PCR or antigen rapid)<br \/>b) minors from 6 to 18 years old are exempt from isolation if they travel with a parent\/accompanying person with a green certificate, but must produce a certificate of a negative test (PCR or antigen rapid).
