The Italian Ministry of Foregn Affairs\u00a0 has created, together with the Italian Academy of Cuisine, the book “History of Italian cuisine in comics. From Etruscan tagliatelle to tiramisu\u201d.<\/p>\n

From the Etruscans to the Romans, passing through Arab and American influences, the comic traces the history of the Italian culinary tradition and the dishes that characterize our everyday cuisine.<\/p>\n
