From November 18 to 23, the Italian Embassy in Oslo celebrated the excellence of Italian cuisine with a rich program of events dedicated to the theme “Mediterranean Diet and Roots Cuisine: Health and Tradition”.<\/span><\/span> On the occasion of the celebration in Oslo of the Italian Cuisine Week, this year in partnership with the Campania Region and the territories of Cilento and Sannio, we created a short video with images of the highlights: culinary evenings aimed at different types of audiences, B2B meetings with importers of food and wine products, etc. It was a journey through authentic flavors, tradition and innovation, with gourmet dinners, cooking shows, B2B meetings and a special conference dedicated to the Cilento Park.<\/span><\/span> This video includes the highlights of an unforgettable week that brought the best of Italian culinary culture to the heart of Norway:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
