The itinerary “Piccoli pezzi d’Italia ad Oslo / Små biter av Italia i Oslo” (Little pieces of Italy in Oslo), a cultural proposal by the Embassy of Italy, has been updated and published in a new edition.
The itinerary features twenty stops that show the multifaceted presence of Italian painters, sculptors, architects, writers, designers, explorers, engineers and philanthropists in the Norwegian capital, as well as some great Norwegian artists (Henrik Ibsen, Sverre Fehn, Emanuel Vigeland ) who have known and loved Italy and whose work has been influenced by it.
The booklet aims to be a sort of ideal gateway to our country, addressed to Norwegian friends and to the many Italians who live and work in Oslo. The itinerary wish to be an invitation to further discoveries in order to strengthen ever more the friendship and collaboration between two countries which, on the opposite sides of Europe, maintain and develop exemplary collaboration.
