As from December 15th, 2021, and unmtil at least January 31, 2022, entry to Italy is allowed from Norway and Iceland as well as from the other countries included in List C at the following conditions. Travellers must:
1) fill in and send a digital Passenger Locator Form available at https://app.euplf.eu
2) produce a green EU certificate (green pass) proving that either
a) you have completed the anti covd-19 vaccination (for at least 14 days with an EMA approved vaccine) or
b) you have recovered from the covid-19
3) produce a certificate proving neative result of a test taken before entry to Italy (48 hrs before entry for a PCR test and 24 hrs before entry for an antigen rapid test).
Please note: If you are not able to produce a green certificate, even if you have taken the test prior to entry with negative result, you must:
a) undergo fiduciary isolation for a period of 5 (five) days at the address indicated in the Passanger Locator Form
b) carry out a molecular or antigen test at the end of the fiduciary isolation.
Minors
a) children up to 6 years are exempt from the test (PCR or antigen rapid)
b) minors from 6 to 18 years old are exempt from isolation if they travel with a parent/accompanying person with a green certificate, but must produce a certificate of a negative test (PCR or antigen rapid). If they can not produce the certificate, they must undergo fiuciary isolation.
