New Italian Honorary Vice Consulate in Agder (southern Norway)

Andrea Maini is the new Honorary Vice Consul of Italy in Grimstad, with territorial jurisdiction extended to the regions of Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder in southern Norway.

The Honorary Vice Consulate will make it possible to provide Italians residing in the Agder regions with some consular services in a faster and easier manner. 

The office of Honorary Vice Consul Maini is located in Grimstad (Fjaereveien 185, 4885) and is open to the public onTuesdays and Fridays from 9.00 to 11.00.

Originally from Bologna, Andrea Maini is a linguist and musician. Germanist, he is an expert in medieval Scandinavian linguistics; he is a graduated organist and specialized in baroque music. He established the Italian Community Association in Adger for the promotion of Italian language, culture and economy in southern Norway. He speaks several languages, including Norwegian (bokmål and nynorsk).
