On the websites www.universitaly.it and www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri foreign and international students can find instructions and all necessary forms for enrolment in Italian universities for the academic year 2017-2018.
The period for pre-enrolment is from 20th March to 21st July 2017, as indicated by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).
