For travellers entering/returning to Italy from March 31 up to April 6, 2021, further containment measures are applied, in accordance with Regulation of March 30, 2021 by the Italian Ministry of Health.
All travellers who have stayed or transited, in the 14 days prior to entry into Italy, in one or more states and territories referred to in list C (including Norway and Iceland), regardless of the outcome of the molecular or antigen test already required for entry into Italy, must
a) quarantine for 5 days at the home or residence, upon notification of their entry into the national territory to the Prevention Department of the competent local health authority
b) undergo a further molecular or antigen test at the end of the five days of quarantine.
The exceptions provided for by Decree of March 2, 2021, remain in force.
