The Italian Ambassador in Norway, Stefano Nicoletti, was present during the last phase of the NATO exercise STEADFAST JACKAL 2022 at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger.
STJA22 is a SHAPE sponsored Command Computer assisted exercise involving 1,100 participants from 25 allied nations. During the exercise, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Italy (NRDC-ITA), refined their warfighting skillsets in a simulated contingency environment where they established command and control to overcome complex operational dilemmas with a distinctly comprehensive approach. NRDC-ITA is a high readiness headquarters which can be quickly dispatched.
