The Embassy’s website has been enhanced with a chatbot, a new virtual assistance tool that simulates a live chat conversation and guides users to the information they need through a predefined question-and-answer process, in both Italian and English.
Our Chatbot can answer a wide range of questions—particularly those related to consular services and visas. It cannot yet answer questions about citizenship, but is actively studying it.
The Chatbot can be activated by clicking on the blue icon at the bottom right.
