While participating in Reiselivsmessen 2019 (11-13 January 2019), the most important Norwegian travel fair, the Marche Region, in addition to a large and well organized institutional stand at the fair, has organized a tasting of typical food and wine products at the Italian Embassy in Oslo.
Aimed mainly at professionals of the food and wine sector (specialized journalists, tour operators, importers, buyers) and to professionals of the bike tourism (for the promotion of this type of touristic activity), the event at the Embassy has been made possible thanks to the contribution of the Ancona stockfish academy – with chefs Elis Marchetti and Walter Borsini, the violin show of the artisan pasta-maker Spinosi and Gianfranco Torbidoni offering the tasting of typical salami and cheeses of the Region, in particular their own “ciavuscolo” salami.
Chef Vincenzo Spinosi’s cooking show has been a show in the show.
The Marche Region is placing a bet on attracting Norwegian tourists focusing on its ancient villages, the beauty of the places and its many nature trails perfect for hiking and biking. A winning bet!
